By creating an account, accessing, or using IntelliGrowth AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

IntelliGrowth AI is a Human Potential Operating System — an AI-powered platform designed to help you set transformation goals, build daily execution habits, and evolve your personal and professional identity. Core features include:

• Mirror AI Coach — conversational AI accountability partner with emotional-state awareness
• Daily Action Engine — AI-generated personalized action plans calibrated to your goals and difficulty preferences
• Evolution Timeline — weekly narrative summaries of your growth, with XP, levels, and streaks
• Outcome Tracking — real-world metric tracking for job applications, skills learned, and income growth
• Subscription tiers — Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans with progressively advanced features

To use IntelliGrowth AI, you must:

• Provide a valid email address for passwordless authentication via magic link or 6-digit OTP
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and session tokens
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to:

• Accurate information — provide truthful information in your profile, goals, and outcome tracking
• Lawful use — use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Respectful interaction — refrain from submitting harmful, abusive, or illegal content through Mirror conversations or any other input mechanism
• Account security — safeguard your magic link emails and OTP codes; do not share session tokens with others

IntelliGrowth AI offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — limited access to core features at no cost
• Pro — full access to Mirror AI, unlimited actions, evolution timeline, and priority support
• Enterprise — custom solutions for teams and organizations with dedicated support

Billing terms:

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Annual billing includes a 20% discount over the monthly rate
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are generally not provided except as required by applicable law
• We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any pricing changes take effect for existing subscribers
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• Platform IP — the IntelliGrowth AI platform, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by IntelliGrowth AI, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws
• Your content — you retain ownership of all content you create, including goals, conversations, and outcome data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for Service delivery
• Feedback — any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without compensation or attribution

IntelliGrowth AI generates personalized content through artificial intelligence, including action plans, coaching responses, and narrative summaries. Please note:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational and motivational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
• AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or become outdated. You should apply your own judgment before acting on any AI recommendation
• We continually improve our AI systems, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content
• IntelliGrowth AI is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or usage quotas
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to damage the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity

IntelliGrowth AI integrates with third-party services for core functionality:

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Terms)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (Resend Terms)
• Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI — AI model providers, subject to their respective terms
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure (Vercel Terms)
• NeonDB — database hosting (NeonDB Terms)

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

By using IntelliGrowth AI, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We process data to provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• AI processing occurs on-demand; we do not pre-process or share your data with other users
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELLIGROWTH AI, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IntelliGrowth AI, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you submit through the Service

• By you — you may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• By us — we may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with or without notice
• Effect of termination — upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Data will be handled per our Privacy Policy retention schedule. All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days after the retention period

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.
